Generous nature to enjoy an exceptional location

In the heart of nature, Camping du Loup is a true haven of peace just a stone's throw from the sanctuaries of Lourdes. Surrounded by nature, far from the hustle and bustle of the city center, it offers a relaxing setting. To the sound of birdsong, whether you are a pilgrim in search of serenity or a traveler in love with peaceful landscapes, you will find here an ideal place to recharge your batteries. The calm of the place, the shaded pitches, and the proximity of the forest trails make Camping du Loup a precious and quite exceptional stopover.

The campsite has been awarded the Tourisme Handicap label for all four disabilities. It is therefore perfectly suited to accommodate people with disabilities.

For everyone's safety, government services have granted privileged access to the Sanctuaries of Lourdes for Camping du Loup customers via the Forest Road. This access is possible with a badge and a deposit*. It's truly convenient to visit the Massabielle Grotto without having to park your vehicle!

*The campsite is not responsible for any malfunctions of the access gate. A bell will allow you to contact the security staff, who will then grant you access.

Camping spirit as we like it

Camping du Loup offers 60 spacious and shaded pitches designed to accommodate tents, caravans, vans, and motorhomes. Wide driveways facilitate vehicle access and movement within the campsite.

We welcome you for overnight stays or for several days upon reservation.

We emphasize that our campsite is not a campground. It operates like a campsite, with arrival times, departure times, and quiet hours that we guarantee our visitors.

Due to the lack of stability of our land, the campsite is unfortunately not accessible to caravans and double axle motorhomes.

For our friends camping in vans or motorhomes, a free access waste disposal service area is available.

Welcoming pilgrims

On the Way of Saint James

World-renowned, Lourdes and its Sanctuary welcome millions of pilgrims to the Massabielle grotto where the Virgin appeared to Bernadette Soubirous in 1858.
The Marian city allows pilgrims to discover another side of Lourdes, located on the way to the Pyrenean Piedmont and at the crossroads of several routes to Santiago de Compostela, welcoming pilgrims leaving from
Montpellier, Béziers, Carcassonne, Saint-Lizier, Saint Bertrand de Comminges… Lourdes is thus a variant of the Arles route starting from Maubourguet.

Path that runs alongside the campsite via the GR 78 from Bagnères de Bigorre and towards Asson, then Oloron Ste Marie, St Jean Pied de Port.

Possibility of welcoming horses and donkeys (possibility of supplying hay from a neighboring farmer)
No restaurant on the campsite but basic grocery store (local products)
Camping in partnership with the Jacquaire Reception Center in Lourdes
